ELDEE manufactures a wide range of distribution and power transformers ranging from 10KVA to 5000KVA with voltage class upto 33 KV.These transformers can be free breathing or hermetically sealed. Conventional transformers are fitted with a conservator with breather for free breathing while hermetically sealed ftransformers are totally maintenance free and are particularly suited for use in exposed outdoor environments such as moisture,salt or dust laden atmospheres. Ideal for chemical plants,oil and gas terminals where poor accessibility makes regular maintenance undesirable.both types can be supplied with HV and LV Switchgear incorporated into.substations.ELDEEmanufactures conventional/hermetically sealed/bolted type,indoor/outdoor type,pole/platform mounted 3 phase,50/60 Hz,oil immersed,ONAN/ONAF/OFWF cooled, step up/step down,double wound with A1/Cu conductor.Optimum design for reliability, accuracy,low losses,specified performance characteristic such as impedance,temperature rise,efficiency, noise level and ability to withstand the thermal and dynamic effects of short circuits,lighting and switching surge are enxured.

For the applications where output voltage tolerance has to be within +_ 1% for the specified input voltage variations, servo stabilizer is an answer. Eldee manufactures servo Stabilizers form 1KVA to 30KVA in single phase,and 10KVA to 3000KVA in three phase.The output voltage stability of Servo voltage stabilizer (SVS) allows the optimum drawing if current by the connected load and as such no extra power is consumed at low and high voltage.This therefore saves electric power to approximately 20% and reduces MDI. Any transformer,single or three phase in which primary and secondary are separately wound (double wound) is an isolation transformer as primary and secondary are internally isolated from each other.The power transfer at rated frequency is by transformer action through mutual inductance. Product Range We are one of the experienced manufacturer as well as repairer of all special type Transformers from 10 KV A to 5000 KV A in class and servo voltage Transformers. Construction of Product : Core The core is constructed from lamination of Cold Rolled Grain Oriented, low loss electrical sheet steel confirming to the latest International Standard which define its physical characteristics such as freedom from scale, degree of waviness, brittleness, tolerance on thickness, the inherent loss due to hysteretic and eddy currents, the permeability, and the methods to be employed to ensure compliance with lhe specification. Each lamination is coated with both sides with insulation which is unaffected by continuous operation in oil at temperatures normally experienced in Transformer service. The core, which is of interleaved construction, with mitered joint to reduce iron loss and magnetizing current, is designed to have a uniform flux distribution throughout the magnetic circuit. Winding Transformer winding are designed to meet three fundamental Requirements: mechanical, thermal and electrical. They are cylindrical in shape and are assembled concentrically. Paper insulated conductors of high conductivity soft drawn copper used, comply with the latest Indian Standard, both HV & LV winding are wound with adequate bracing and securing tapes in order to accieve a strong, self support structure. Insulation between layers and turns is based upon the impulse test level of the voltage class of winding as specified in IS 2026. Tappings Tapping are brought away from the winding by means of flexible conductors, heavily insulated with paper, and supported by insulated tubes or cleats to prevent movement under service conditions. Tank Construction All tank are fabricated from mild steel which is electrically welded, cooling radiators are welded or detachable depending on the size of the transformers. The cooling radiators are of pressed steel, electrically welded. AII tanks are pressure tested before leaving the fabrication shop of factory. Ovening The ovening of the transformer is carried out in well ventilated, electrically heated ovens for a period determined by electrical testes. The transformer is then fitted with dehydration oil confirming to I S 335. Tests Before dispatch, all transformers are subjected to routine tests in accordance with IS: 2026, or to such tests as the customers specification requires. Benefits Energy Saving under non-liner loads: Pollution of power systems is due to injection of harmonics under non-liner condition. These condition are found in case of pumping application, industrial application like thyrister drives, are furnaces etc. Under such environment will have 5 time greater energy saving than CRGO core transformer. Energy Saving The no load loss is a continuous loss taking place after energisation during the period of operation. In case of amorphous core transformer, no load losses are reduced by 75% when compared with conventional transformer. If we compared the marginally higher initial one pays with saving in the electricity bills, the pay beck in majority of the cases will not exceed 2/3 years. Vertical Rolling Contact Voltage Regulator

Roller Contact Type Servo Voltage Stabilizer is similar in function as dimmer stat type servo stabilizer.It has essentially auto wound single layer helical coil with rectangular copper strip of appropriate size wound on the laminated core. The spring loaded carbon roller travels the vertical length of the coil track with the help of servo AC motor.The control circuitry sense the output and error signal in norminal output voltage is amplified and controls the servo motor which drives the roller mechanism which in turn sets the nominal output voltage to with an 1% stability.
