These transformers are used when it has to be located near load center and in a fire hazardous place.As there is no oil used in the transformer and special type of fire resistant insulation are used for the windings the fire risk is considerably reduced in this type of transformers. Distribution Transfomers

ELDEE manufactures a wide range of distribution and power transformers ranging from 10KVA to 5000KVA with voltage class upto 33 KV.These transformers can be free breathing or hermetically sealed. Conventional transformers are fitted with a conservator with breather for free breathing while hermetically sealed ftransformers are totally maintenance free and are particularly suited for use in exposed outdoor environments such as moisture,salt or dust laden atmospheres. Ideal for chemical plants,oil and gas terminals where poor accessibility makes regular maintenance undesirable.both types can be supplied with HV and LV Switchgear incorporated into.substations.ELDEE manufactures conventional/hermetically sealed/bolted type,indoor/outdoor type,pole/platform mounted 3 phase,50/60 Hz,oil immersed,ONAN/ONAF/OFWF cooled, step up/step down,double wound with A1/Cu conductor.Optimum design for reliability, accuracy,low losses,specified performance characteristic such as impedance,temperature rise,efficiency, noise level and ability to withstand the thermal and dynamic effects of short circuits,lighting and switching surge are enxured.

Servo Voltage Stabilizer

Continuous stable supply of A.C Power is the life line of any sophisticated electronic and electrical system. The performance of these instruments is optimum at the rated voltage. Under voltage generally reduces efficiency,and very low voltage even can force the system to shut down. High voltage shortens the life and even can burn the instruments. ELDEE Servo Voltage stabilizers receive fluctuating AC Voltage of wide range and delivers constant output voltage with ± 1% of the nominal voltage ; it is therefore an excellent remedy for the problems of wide voltage fluctuation.The efficiency is maintained as high as 98-99%.The output voltage stability of our servo stabilizer allows the optimum drawing of the current by the connected load and as such no extra power is consumed at low as well at high voltage.This therefore saves electric power to approximately 20% and reduces MDI(Monthly Demand Index).

SVS (servo voltage stabilizer) basically comprises of Auto Transformer (Dimmer State/Roller Contact type) coupled with A.C.Servo Motor, Buck Bust transformer Control card for regulation All these components are interconnected adequately to accomplish the work of stabilization of output voltage of SVS. Vertical Rolling Contact Voltage Regulator

 Roller Contact Type Servo Voltage Stabilizer is similar in function as dimmer stat type servo stabilizer.It has essentially auto wound single layer helical coil with rectangular copper strip of appropriate size wound on the laminated core. The spring loaded carbon roller travels the vertical length of the coil track with the help of servo AC motor.The control circuitry sense the output and error signal in norminal output voltage is amplified and controls the servo motor which drives the roller mechanism which in turn sets the nominal output voltage to with an 1% stability.
